Anhui Shijing Solar Power Technology Co., Ltd., referred to as SJEF Solar, established in January 2023, is located in Xingsheng Road, Heli Park, Ningguo Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a registered capital of RMB 500 million, and it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Suzhou Shijing Technology Co., Ltd. Shijing Technology (301030), established in April 2005, is headquartered in Xiangcheng District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province; at present, there are more than 20 subsidiaries (branches) in China, with more than 1800 staff. The main business segments cover environmental protection equipment manufacturing, industrial processes CCUS (carbon capture, utilization and storage), R & D and manufacturing of efficient solar PV products and other fields. In solar PV industry, the waste gas treatment accounts for more than 75% of the domestic market shares, and the wastewater treatment and pure water business accounts for more than 40% of the domestic market shares. Benefiting from the continuous expansion of PV industry, the company's performance has grown rapidly, and its annual ordering amount has reached more than RMB 11 billion. Shijing Technology Industrial Park is invested and constructed by Suzhou Shijing Technology. It is located in Heli Park, Ningguo Economic and Technological Development Zone, Anhui Province. The project covers a total area of about 1300 mu, with a total investment of about RMB 24 billion. The first phase of 24GW Battery Project will be put into operation, to form continuous production and manufacturing from upstream PV materials to final product applications, including silicon wafer, battery sheet, PV components and energy storage device. Finally, the vertical integration industrial chain of PV and the national headquarters project of carbon fixation will be built.
